Mô tả công việcThis position will take main responsibilities at Can Tho Distribution Center (DC):Supervise the activity of all warehouse (WH) team (5-8 people), including inbound, outbound and delivery to customers, tinting order at Multicolor room;Monitor for inventory in the WH and place new internal orders that will transfer from Hiep Phuoc/ Binh Duong DC to Can Tho DC;Monitor sales forecast and balance with inventory inside WH to ensure the company always has enough stock for customer orders;Have experiences in working with transporters and driving them to perform their jobs well in terms of delivery to customer, compliance with HSEQ/ Jotun requirements and training to all drivers and stevedore/ helpers;Control consumable goods (string, plastics bag, etc.) in daily activity at WH;Work closely with relevant people in daily jobs (Customer Service, Sales, Multicolor, Quality, customers, etc.);Take full responsibility to perform and maintain HSEQ, 5S, Operator Driver Maintenance (ODM) program, etc. on site;Hold weekly/monthly meeting with transporters to review KPI of delivery service;Report any cases of delivery issues and abnormal things that happen in warehouse and HSEQ issues, etc. to relevant people in the organization;Report to Logistics Manager.Yêu cầu công việcCollege/ University graduate;At least 3-5 years of work experience in Warehouse and Distribution/ Logistics environment.
