Mô tả công việc
1. Support Office equipment, device and IT system management
Supply employees working approval equipment based on company budget and headcount.
Managing all devices, equipment (buying, monitoring, maintain, fixing)
Support to arrange the company meeting by installing some needed equipment
Ensure that all office equipment is maintained by monthly, quarterly and yearly with the company budget control.
Coordinate with software IT system and internet service provider to ensure that software and hardware IT system always in good condition
Company website Management and updating information.
2. Support IT software to develop company current software
Willing to support all employees when IT issue taken place
Improves operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures.
Studying and updating job knowledge by self-studying new software, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
3. Other responsibilities
Willing to go for travel by supporting others plant within CJ group.
Daily check camera system, phone operator, air conditioners and report to HR manager and BOD on time.
Yêu cầu công việc
College graduate or higher in IT or computuer science
English equivalent to B
Three year experiences in IT helpdesk service
Working at Mekong plant: Lot H, Binh Minh Industrial Zone, My Hoa Village, Binh Minh District, Vinh Long Province, VietNam.
